Mass pike (Interstate 90) to exit 2 (Lee), South on Rte 102 to Rte 7 south (Stockbridge) 
to Rte 23 East (Great Barrington). After turning East on Rte 23, Butternut is about a mile on your right.
(Rte 102 is a connector road from the Mass Pike to Rte 7).
On Rte 7, your will pass thru Stockbridge center and Rte 7 takes a sharp left at the Red Lion Inn.
Your turn onto Rte 23 East is about a quarter of a mile south of the Barrington Court Motel - You turn left at the lights.
Time wise it takes 2 1/2 hours from the Junction of Mass Pike and I-95 (Rte 128) in Weston, MA
to get to Butternut. The Ski area is in the Southwestern corner of Massachusetts.

While Albany airport is closer, I have been told that Bradley Field in Hartford Conn. has much better connections.

GENERAL INFORMATION   Updated March 2008

Registration Form will NOT be Accepted w/o Checks.  Seminar Schedule presently lists most of the Classes.  However there could be some changes, wait for the "Final Program' before registering.

All Classes are of one and one half hour duration with some sort of a break following. 

We will be awarding six  Wells Fargo Scholarships this year and Six $50 Wells Fargo Attendance Prizes.  

We will be awarding a $100 SMI Snowmakers Attendance Prize at the Snowmakers Spaghetti feed Tuesday Night.   

We will be having a drawing for Cash attendance Prize donated by Mountain Guard Insurance Co, and possibly a few other Cash Prizes, on Thursday after our last Classes of the day.

The Championship Bowling will take place on Wednesday Evening at 9:00 pm at Cove Lanes.

The Doppelmayr Fishing Tournament will take place Tuesday Afternoon in the Butternut Snowmaking pond. 

We will be giving LMS Hats and Pens to attendees when they register.   

Trade show Wednesday at Lunch and again following last Class of the day, we also have a Steamboat Roast Buffet and our Huge Door Prize Raffle in the Main Lodge on Wednesday along w/ Trade Show.

There will be an Advance Notice mailing to All Ski Areas the first week of March which will contain the Lodging Info . The second, or final, mailing will take place the 2nd week of March.  This will contain the final program and Registration sheet as well as any info re events.
